Definition of Conditions

Grade	Condition	Desription	Carton

A GRADE	New in box. Considered undamaged.	As new from factory. Current or discontinued product.	Sealed in original factory packaging.

B GRADE	New out of box or opened box	Like new. Out of box or opened box. All units are functional but may have minor blemishes. Some parts, accessories and installation manuals may not be included.	Opened, partial, or no factory carton

C GRADE	Scratch and dent	Out of Box. All items are functional, but may have scuffing, scratches, dents. Some items may have been displays, used, or previously installed. Original documentation, additional parts, and/or accessories may be missing.	No factory carton

D GRADE	Damaged and salvage	All units are highly damaged, used, or non-functioning. May be missing parts and documentation.	No factory carton

Warranty

All product has a 90 day, Full Function Guarantee included from date of delivery.

Depending on the manufacture date, there may be residual warranty from the manufacture available to you. You will have to contact them to determine this coverage.

If you would like to purchase additional coverage, we offer a 24-month, full functioning guarantee.
